SF Recruitment are working with a superb organisation in Loughborough who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on an initial 6 month FTC. The role has the potential of extending beyond the initial 6 month period & also the chance of tuning permanent. As the Management Accountant you will report directly into the Finance Director & be responsible for the accurate & timely reporting of all Financial & Management Information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Complete monthly management commentary highlighting variances from budget/forecast and last year.
- Review profit & loss and balance sheet each month to ensure accuracy of information.
- Support the month end closing process and complete reconciliation of accounts as required.
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts on an ongoing basis.
- Liaising with senior managers to work on detailed income budgets and forecasts.
- Calculate budget project costs for each income line budgeted
- Understanding project profitability
- Produce Risks and Opportunities schedule.
- Systems Development
