Main Duties:
- Management Accounts – produce monthly management accounts by the agreed timetable for sign-off by the Finance Manager.
- Financial analysis – to support the Finance Manager in producing relevant financial analysis to aid decision making for budget holders.
- Month end procedures – ensure month end journals are prepared and posted by Finance team for the month end, ensure balance sheet accounts are reconciled.
- Assist in the production of accurate monthly and quarterly flash results for Financial Planning and Commercial teams.
- Payroll - Prepare monthly Payroll.
Person Specification:
- Fluent German language skills essential for this role.
- Strong experience in Finance, ideally a month end, management accounts background.
- Strong Excel skills and system knowledge.
- Part Qualified or QBE.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
