Management Accountant

Role: Management Accountant

Salary: £34k-40k
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on site

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for our Nottinghamshire based client to join on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities for the Management Accountant:

• Preparing management accounts for submission and board reporting
• Month-end workflow
• Conducting monthly cost centre meetings with budget holders and monthly forecasting
• Creating the five-year plan and annual budget (GPS)
• Cash flow projections
• Helping with the annual audit and statutory accounting
• KPI reporting
• Supporting the development of the Finance Assistant with managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Adherence to PAYE guidelines, which includes yearly PSA reporting
• Development and upkeep of financial controls
• Guaranteeing monetary adherence to regional statutes and guidelines
• Reporting VAT
• Adaptive financial evaluation

The Ideal candidate for the Management Accountant role will have:

• A comprehensive technical financial proficiency
• Meticulousness and precision
• Proficiency with Excel
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Experience with payroll (preferred but not required)
