As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist the team during the month-end close process across international operations
- Ensure precise reconciliation and thorough review, accompanied by accurate supporting documentation.
- Lead the management of monthly reporting, compliance, and the sales close process.
- Oversee the analysis of monthly financial statement results and the journal entry process for international operations, including quarterly balance sheet and trial balance reviews.
- Review the quarterly cash flow statement.
- Take responsibility for the team's performance, development, and coaching.
- Coordinate and manage the external audit process, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
- Actively support initiatives for cost savings and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of financial reporting processes and systems.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the finance leadership team.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
- Experience managing finance teams
- Experience working to tight deadlines and managing projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Significant statistical analysis and reporting experience
