Are you an experienced Management Accountant with a strong background in construction looking for your next challenge? Established over 10 years ago, this construction company is now the leading provider for the west county and is in need of a Management Accountant. You'll work closely with the finance manager, meteor and support the assistant in the team, report into the board and work closely with the commercial team. Long term you'll see a route of increasing responsibilities and titles.

The role of the Management Accountant will involve:
*Working closely with the finance manager completing end of month accounts and processes, forecasts, budgets and variations.
*Daily monitoring of all cash movements and daily review of forecasts
*Manage the end to end payroll process, including CIS with knowledge of the rules regarding Reverse Charge ensuring compliance with statutory obligations
*reporting to the board as and when its required and respond with confidence and assurance to any queries from senior management

The successful Management Accountant will need:
*AAT qualified and/or part-qualified CCAB with experience working in construction
*Experience working in finance within construction
*Willingness to get stuck in, work as a team and independently
*Happy to be office based whilst training with the view of flexible working being available once settled
