Management Accountant, Central London, Media, £45,000-£55,000 (Hybrid Role)
We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join the finance team where you'll have a strong background in financial management and analysis. This role will involve working closely with senior management in particular the Financial Controller & Head of Finance to provide financial insights and drive business performance.
Please note you must have previous experience within media or marketing agencies!

Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management/head of finance, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
* Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
* Conduct regular variance analysis to identify areas of under performance or over performance.
* Provide support for month-end and year-end close processes.
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing recommendations for improvement where necessary.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
* Drive automation across all financial processes.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
* At least 3 years previous experience with Media/Marketing Agency.
* End to End Management Account experience a must.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting best practice
* Commercial mindset.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
* Experience of working with senior management to drive business performance.
* A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Previous experience within the Media sector a plus.
