As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts for the group and its subsidiaries
• Performing ledger reconciliations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies
• Developing and implementing financial analysis and reporting initiatives using our business intelligence software
• Supporting the group finance manager and the executive board with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Mentoring and supervising a team of three accounts assistants and data inputters
• Working collaboratively with other departments and divisions across the group

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• To be proficient in Excel and other accounting software
• To be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
• To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
