Duties & Responsibilities:
- Producing and reviewing Monthly Management Accounts, including cost lines, budgets, and forecasts
- Leading and managing a team of 4 Assistant Accountants, assessing performance and implementing best practices
- Reviewing and investigating variances between actual results and budgeted/forecasted results
- Reconciliation of balance sheets for all relevant entities
- Owning and presenting monthly finance reports to line managers and senior finance as required
- Building and maintaining relationships while acting as a Business Partner for financial and numerical queries
- Supporting group and statutory audits for relevant entities
- Assisting with the integration of new subsidiaries
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA (further study support provided)
- Leadership/Managerial experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within finance
- Excellent IT system skills, particularly MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
