Salary: £54,000 - £61,000 p/a + benefits

Position Summary: 

This role will require you to manage a team of up to 10 Transactional Accountants as we are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to lead our U.K and Ireland Real Estate services within Finance Operations. As a part of the team you will be overseeing payments for both owned and leased real estate, and collaborating with franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting related to real estate accounting
• Managing and developing a team on 10 transactional accountants
• Handle lease payments and financial transactions
• Collaborate with the market on strategic initiatives
• Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and company policies
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Participate in or lead projects across departments

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and develop others and manage a large team
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years in qualifying accounting work.

Ideally you will have strong leadership abilities as well as managing the relationship with internal and external key customers.
