We are recruiting an experienced Management Accountant with excellent financial planning & analysis skills to join our team on a 12-month FTC basis. As a Management Accountant, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our organisation operates effectively and efficiently so that we can continue to help more people with sight loss to live the life they choose.
In this full-time role, you will have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you, with at least 2 days a week working at our Reading Hub in Burghfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date financial information to managers across the organisation, enabling them to make solid business decisions.
Candidate profile
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Experience working in a finance role with specific experience of reconciliations, journals, and accruals.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with computerised accounting systems.
- Knowledge of reporting, forecasting, and budgets.
- Relationship building and stakeholder management.
- Able to prioritise conflicting demands, setting timetables, managing workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
