Management Accounting Manager

Hybrid working in Leeds Centre. 3 day WFH, Salary to £65,000 + 20% benefits.

Based in Leeds City Centre our client is a professional services company looking for a commercially minded finance manager to oversee a team of 3 qualified accountants and support both the month end and commercial reporting process.

This is a highly visible role with reporting lines into the Head of Finance and FD. The role will include;

• Support management decision-making through analysis of data, targeted reporting and recommendation of actions.
• Manage the analysis of the cost base and cost drivers and produce cost challenges and solutions for efficiencies.
• Manage the analysis of the income streams and identify opportunities for maximising income and for generating new sources of income.
• Take responsibility for the development and production of monthly management information reports and provide targeted analysis and commentary to highlight areas where action is required.
• Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasting and the annual budget.
• Manage the team’s activities and ensure targets are met.
