Management Consultant - Senior Technology Delivery Lead

What are we looking for?

As a Senior Tech Delivery Lead in the Technology practice, you will be a central member of the practice. Your leadership, business and technology expertise will help clients transform their delivery capabilities and help Capco continue to develop.

Your role will be to lead the agenda on modern delivery, inspire clients in your programme and project delivery and keep growing the Technology Delivery capability within Capco.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage forward-looking CIOs /senior external stakeholders to improve and transform their delivery teams, inspiring senior technologists and business people and your Capco colleagues.
  • Identify, win and lead complex client delivery engagements, collaborating with colleagues across architecture, engineering, digital design and business consulting to drive commercial success.
  • Provide internal leadership to keep the industry’s best delivery capability growing, building a successful team around you and engaging supporters across the firm.

To be successful in this role you will need to show that you:

  • Can build and maintain great working relationships regardless of seniority or background, proactively supporting, developing and sharing knowledge, ad hoc and as a formal coach.
  • Have delivered real large scale change in financial services using continuous delivery tools and techniques in order to meet complex regulatory requirements.
  • Have worked on large complex initiatives to create business maps, managed multi-squad programs and notable experience is building high performing teams.
  • Have a passion for technology, backed by a good understanding of modern, cloud-based architecture.
  • Can articulate and communicate your vision, approach and opinions, tuned to many audiences.
  • Can build a network of trusted relationships to influence client agendas, identify opportunities and guide decision-making to achieve commercial targets at the individual and practice level.

  • Work well with a team and lead with clarity and sensitivity at all times.
  • Be comfortable working on Capco/Client site up to 3 days a week depending on assignment.
