Our client is one of the world's leading law firms. They have an amazing opportunity for an HR leader to join their firm as Manager of HR Operations, developing and shaping the firm's strategic HR operations function.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on business staff pay recommendations based on internal and external data-driven research.
- Assist with designing, developing, and implementing business staff compensation programs.
- Leads the business staff's annual compensation planning cycle.
- Running queries and overseeing data audits within the firm's systems.
- Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other firm metrics.
- Ensure optimization of the firm's HRIS to improve administrative efficiencies, workflows, and processes.
- Identifies and resolves complex technical problems with HRIS.
- Develop and maintain business staff job descriptions, job classifications, and compensation guidelines.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand key business priorities and recommends data analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
Qulifatcations
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 - 8 years of experience in compensation administration.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with HRIS management.
- Knowledge of market pricing and benchmarking jobs.
- Experience working with cloud-based human capital management software.
- Highly advanced Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables).
