Our ideal Manager Oracle & Power BIis responsible for coordinating and managing daily management, change requests, and projects to support Linx. This includes the scope of applications such as Oracle ebusiness suite, and related systems applications used in Manufacturing,Logistics, Engineering,and Distribution with Integration to internal & external applications. The role also requires fulfilling IT Compliance requirements such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls to remediate existing weaknesses and partnering with IT teams across all functions.

In your main role at OPCO, you will:

· Work with partnership with the business to Support and implement Oracle, upgrades, IT internal Audits and disaster recovery at Linx.

· Manage delivery of support for daily business activities, including month end closure and other routine needs.

· Manage partnership with the business to understand and document project scope requirements, provide delivery dates, monitor project progress, and ensure high quality delivery to users

· Improve efficiency of development cycle by deploying agile planning for workload management of Oracle BA, Oracle Developers.

· Demonstrate successful completion of major programs, processes and/or project for the department or function aligned with the IT Strategy objectives

· Lead the Oracle functional team to create and provide user documentation and training material where required, especially for new functionality or new deployments. Also Integrate research, information, and trends into solutions to identify and solve complex problems

· Lead internal IT audit on yearly basis working with auditors, SOX teams and ensure deployment of efficient disaster recovery mitigation for all Linx related Oracle & connected applications in Manufacturing, logistics, Engineering, and distribution functions.

· Knowledge or experience in Power BI is desired.

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

· Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification

· A minimum of 5+ years' post qualification experience in a people manager role managing Business Applications preferably using Oracle E Business Suite R12, and/or Power BI

· Proven problem-solving skills with an ability to work on your own initiative.

· Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
