Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Managing Director to join the team.

Location: Milton Keynes, UK

Salary: £70,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

About The Client:

Our client is a leading technology organisation, providing a variety of end-to-end audio-visual solutions across all industries including Finance, FMCG and non-for-profit. This includes designing and implementing immersive AV experiences to delivering state of the art AV systems for corporate environments. Their team specialises in leveraging the latest technologies and best practices to deliver the best results to their clients.

Currently, the business sits at c£5m turnover with ambitious plans to treble this over the next 3 years. Their parent company sees huge potential for the business and believe that with the right person at the helm, and with the support of their central resources, this can be achieved.

Managing Director – The Role:

Due to their ambitions for the future, this is a new role for the organisation where you will be responsible for creating and executing the strategy that will help the business grow. With full support from the directors, you will be able to think outside of the box and recruit your own team to ultimately grow with the business. This role will also include expanding their current client base and building on existing relationships.

Managing Director – Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the business strategy to achieve growth

- Ensure that all projects are executed on time and to client expectations

- Manage and motivate a small team including implementing all KPIs

- Develop and manage relationships with key clients

Managing Director – You:

- Previous experience working within the AV space or wider IT Management sector

- Track record of managing projects through to completion

- Strong commercial acumen

- Able to regularly show initiative in starting new projects and maximising existing programs
