Our client is a major consulting group that has built a banking benchmarking business, working with many of the major investment banks.
The business looks at revenue, wallet share, return on equity and other indiciators to help firms benchmark their performance. The company also sells on work from its benchmarking to look at operating model design, organisational change and transactions.
We are looking for an experienced Partner/MD who can bring a wealth of experience from their benchmarking work, to lead relationships with Heads of Trading, Heads of Sales and Heads of other strategic units across the front office (think business management, COOs, coverage etc.)
This person will have an active network into the front office of major investment banks. A network in New York would be the ideal.
The firm are looking to relocate this individual to New York though they would consider basing them in London for the first 6-12 months.
Salary up to £280,000 base + 100-200% bonus depending on performance
