Managing Partner - Supply Chain Consultancy

They're looking to recruit a Managing Partner to lead their consultancy division.

Global Supply Chain leader with a significant track record of delivery. They have a leading position in developing creative value propositions for clients from strategy inception to assisting in execution and benefits delivery.

They have a strong multi-sector industry focus on Consumer Products & Retail, as well Manufacturing, Automotive and Life Sciences.

They're looking to recruit a Managing Partner to lead their consultancy division.

First, and foremost, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for some of the largest companies in the World. Drawing on your knowledge and experience in Supply Chain planning you will work collaboratively with colleagues and their clients, supporting them to understand challenges and opportunities, design future models to address and realise these, and implement these solutions in their businesses.

The solutions typically cover Supply Chain planning strategy and operating model design (including processes, organisation, capabilities and enabling technology), transition and transformation support to implement the future solution and further optimisation of future model once stabilised.

You will contribute to the effective delivery and timely completion of projects in alignment with commercial goals, applying appropriate implementation approaches based on delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies. You'll be leading work streams with responsibility for delivering to plan (scope, quality and time). Working with the team to develop and tailor Supply Chain planning propositions.

As Managing Partner - Supply Chain Consultancy:

• Ideally you will have worked as a Managing Consultant or Partner advising clients on how to improve their logistics and/or Supply Chain operations.
• Start up consultancy experience would be hugely advantageous.
• You will have a history of shaping and leading delivery of Supply Chain projects, as well as delivering creative but realistic solutions to client problems.
• You'll be able to demonstrate an active, well-informed knowledge of the Consumer Product, Retail, Manufacturing or Automotive sectors and have an opinion on key trends, as well as a history of rapid career progression.
• You'll have knowledge of how technology can be applied to deliver business value in the Supply Chain, and the technology development life-cycle from design through to implementation with supporting change management.
• You'll be experienced in consultancy methods and approaches, learned through either working for a consulting organisation or via project implementation with a Retailer, Manufacturing, Automotive or Life Sciences industry.
