Who You'll Be Working for: An international bank
What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Preparing speeches in English and Mandarin for the GM
- Assisting in managing and promoting relationships with financial and Chinese business groups
- Corporate image promotion - liaising internally and externally - including online.
- Event organization, liaison with Social Committee as necessary
- Assisting in bilingual report drafting.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Solid written and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Good creative/design related skills.
- Finance/media/PR/speech writing related experience
- General administration experience and strong attention to detail;
- Multi-tasking skills and able to demonstrate initiative skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Working hours: 9 to 5
