We are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our site in Coventry on a full-time basis. The Manufacturing Engineer's main responsibilities include executing manufacturing processes, developing and designing projects, and ensuring efficiency in industrial and mechanical engineering production. They will also oversee and improve machining procedures, assess product specifications, and align with project schedules and budgets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Machining
- Hands-on experience in executing manufacturing processes and designing engineering projects
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Principles and Supply Chain Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and project management tools is beneficial
We require a candidate with 1+ years of experience in Engineering, along with a Bachelor's Degree and a good understanding of Engineering project management and problem-solving, in a fast-paced environment.
