As the Manufacturing Programs Manager, you will be responsible for co-ordinating, planning, scheduling, and monitoring products throughout the production cycle.

You will lead an evolving range of programs/projects that will enable the manufacturing business to achieve its growth and performance goals through championing lean and continuous improvement.

To achieve this, you will drive and deliver tangible benefits to the business through robust business improvement programmes, providing clear leadership and governance across the teams.

The successful candidate will:-

• You will have significant experience gained in a manufacturing environment, where you have managed teams and can demonstrate your influence in bringing about change.
• You will be able to demonstrate through your experience efficiency improvement, business improvement, problem solving and delivering operational improvement programs within manufacturing.
• You will have an engineering or accredited lean/business improvement qualification.
