Position Summary:
Pintu Sethi, Senior Director Software Engineering is looking for a Principal Program Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple programs within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program plans and timelines
- Identify and manage program risks and issues
- Ensure that program goals and objectives are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success and launch
- Communicate program status and progress to stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to program team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure Program Operational work is conducted
- Engineering Release Management to ensure the release is within budget and on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Adept in using Jira Cloud and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
