The Role

We are a multi-disciplined service provider within the marine industry, looking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated Marine Electrical Electrician to our growing team.
As a Marine Electrical Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems on various marine vessels.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our team and to utilise your skills and experience within a well-established and respected marine organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of various circuit types, such as 24vdc, 110v, 220v, 440v, and 3-phase circuits.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
- Expertly running, dressing, and terminating cables throughout the vessel.
- Ensuring all activities align with our organisational Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
- Fault finding experience would be advantageous.

The Person
- Fully time served with a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred within the marine shipbuilding industry, although electrical experience gained within other environments would also be considered.
- Must be able to read electrical drawings.
- Be willing to work away from home for periods at a time as the need arises.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Be willing to work overtime when required.
- Be willing to cover an on-call system when required.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to multitask with good attention to detail.
