Role responsibilities
- Coordinate the recording, processing, and payment of premiums, along with other insurance and non-insurance documentation in OpenTwins, including record maintenance to track missing items.
- Ensure timely closure of market documentation, paying close attention to Premium Payment Warranty provisions, and schedule reminders accordingly.
- Prepare and submit London Market Insurance documentation, including LPANs and supporting documents, to Xchanging.
- Address and resolve technical inquiries from clients, markets, credit control, claims, and the business unit, prioritising the client's best interests.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to management as needed.
- Manage a diary system to track file progress effectively.
- Monitor signings received from Xchanging, promptly resolving queries, settling premiums, and providing necessary updates to the business unit.
