Role:Market Lead - Procurement for a large NHS National Programme

Contract: 3 month Contract with extensions, immediate start

Rate: Inside IR35£700 per day

Location: Remote/visits to central London office twice a month

Experience: Supply chain background/CIPS qualified/NHS experience/construction experience

Key responsibilities include;

Work as part of a dynamic Market Management team working closely with senior business stakeholders

• Support and organise meetings, workshops and collaborative events required to support the delivery and development of the workstream, including meeting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Support the development and engagement of current and future / potential market for suppliers; via market engagement, market shaping and Strategic Supplier Relationship Management.
• Analytical report writing; research, gathering and translating data relevant to the market, making recommendations and understanding of available interventions to address issues (such as capacity)
• Work closely with the other Market Management workstreams (Commercial, Strategic, Design and Critical / Modular) to ensure where there is cross-over of requirements a strategic/aligned approach is taken in engaging with the market
• Conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights, and understand the market needs to support the programme.
  

Experience required:

• Analytical report writing skills, understands data and can translate/interpret for presentation to senior stakeholders
• Understanding of public sector, in a Commercial environment
• Can manage stakeholder relationships
