Marketing Admin Assistant
Location: London (Flexible – minimum 3 days in office per week)
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Full time

We are a fast-paced company that prides itself on our culture and we’re looking for a Marketing Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. In the last 2 years, our company has grown by a third in terms of employees and currently has over £600 million in FUM (Funds Under Management). As well as offering a holistic approach to Wealth Management to our clients, we have a Financial Education division to our company as well as a Mortgages team who offer first class service to our clients.  As our team continues to develop and grow, we now require a Marketing Admin Assistant to support our growing Marketing and Financial Education teams.

The role will be a flexible (in-office based with work from home, provided there is appropriate home working set up) based role working from our offices in London.

The successful candidate will be provided with a work laptop.

Responsibilities & Duties: Marketing Admin Assistant

The position will require a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to deliver first class support to our highly productive Marketing & Financial Education team. You must project a professional image in both appearance and attitude and provide quality support on time to agreed standards.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

    • Booking client meetings 
    • Diary management / Data management 
    • Respond to booking enquiries received via telephone or email 
    • Meet & Greet office visitors 
    • Answer the phone and pass on messages 
    • Posting content for social media 
    • Maintaining the website and making updates 
    • Supporting event co-ordination 
    • Client gifting 
    • Managing client mailings 
    • Invoicing and accounts

Qualifications & Skills: Marketing Admin Assistant
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a confident, motivated and highly organised individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
You must have previous experience and must be strong in the following areas:

    • Minimum 1 year diary management experience (essential) in a corresponding role (Administration / Secretarial / Co-ordination) 
    • High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills 
    • High standard of written & verbal communication skills 
    • Highly IT literate, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills 
    • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude 
    • Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team 
    • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
