It is an exciting time for Amentum in the UK as we grow our markets and audiences. To support this expansion we are recruiting a Marketing Administrator to join us for an initial 6-month period with a view to potentially developing a permanent role.
The Marketing Administrator will report to the head of marketing and communications and will be based at our head office in Birchwood, Warrington. Some travel may be required to our UK sites to deliver events and meetings.
The successful person will perform a variety of administrative and marketing duties, the role provides opportunities to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Specific duties may be in one or more of the following areas:
- Event management duties.
- Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings and ensuring coordination of marketing and communications projects.
- Interfacing with Amentum colleagues, customers and partners to provide status reports and information as required.
- Liaising with external suppliers for example, graphics support, printing, hospitality.
- Maintaining and publishing information on the company communication systems (SharePoint).
- Folder and document management.
- Invoicing and financial administration for marketing communications.
- Working on digital channels and social media campaigns.
Required education and skills:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of job-related experience or equivalent.
Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills essential.
Requires knowledge of Office 365 suite of applications
Knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe design software is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Based in Birchwood, Warrington. Travel may be required on occasion.
