Marketing/Sales Administrator
• Part-time (16 hrs per week)
• Location: Central Oxford
• Salary: £25,000 - 27,000 FTE
My client are seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing/Sales Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis, with the potential to expand hours. The role requires a commitment to work 4 hours a day over 4 days a week, including mandatory office attendance on Tuesdays. This position is integral to our business expansion strategy, which involves acquiring IT businesses.
Day to Day of the Role:
• Connect and engage with telesales marketing companies to negotiate service rates in collaboration with the Director.
• Develop and provide telesales scripts to effectively approach potential business contacts.
• Liaise with telesales companies to monitor call progress and provide feedback to the Director.
• Initiate contact with potential sellers to introduce the company and arrange meetings with the Director.
• Assist in fostering and developing business relationships with potential sellers.
• Create and coordinate the distribution of marketing letters/leaflets, working with printing companies for production and mailshots.
• Manage workload effectively and demonstrate high motivation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Highly motivated with the ability to manage workload effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Competency in coordinating marketing materials and working with external service providers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
