Job Description
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Fibre/CRM ambassador - 75% of the role will be focused on supporting the COO and Head of Marketing with Fibre. You will be trained to be one of the go to people for our new CRM, focusing on ensuring our data is up to date, as well as creating lists and reports that will drive internal engagement and future marketing campaigns.
- Newsletters - compiling our client newsletters, which include: The Round, The Robin, VAT newsletter, International Tax Round, Property Newsletter, Corporate Finance Newsletter.
- Website maintenance - supporting the digital team in adding content to the website and making improvements.
- General marketing admin - supporting with events and campaigns when required.
- This list is not exhaustive and there will be other ad hoc tasks to assist the Marketing Team
The Successful Applicant
We Are Looking For:
- A Graduate with an interest in Marketing and relevant subjects
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- All training will be provided. We are simply looking for someone who is motivated to learn, a self-starter and great communicator.
- Previous experience in a marketing or data focused role is advantageous, but not essential.
