Reed have an exciting opportunity with a prestigious firm of property advisors to recruit for a Marketing Administrator for their modern offices near Leytonstone.
This successful candidate will work alongside their agency teams and marketing to help drive their listings and brand forward.
Contract: Permanent. Full time.
Salary: Up to £24,000
Hours of work: 9:00 - 17:30

MAIN DUTIES
- Support on all aspects of agency listing management from take on to completion
- Work with the teams to organise photography and any other relevant content for our listings
- Coordinate the preparation of external brochures and other marketing material by liaising with contractors
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations and pitches
- Organise and send email marketing campaigns
- Assist with providing content for our social media platforms alongside the marketing team
- Prepare and communicate relevant case studies and PR announcements to the marketing team
- Assist with data collection for business generation efforts
