With first class stakeholder management skills, you'll build relationships, provide expert advice, , and collaborate to achieve engaging internal communications. Your incredible proofing and writing skills will be essential as you craft compelling communications to resonate with our audiences. Additionally, your listening skills will contribute to understanding and addressing the unique needs and perspectives in our organisation.

The ideal candidate will thrive on variety, value teamwork, and bring a fresh perspective to communications. Your proven track record in designing and implementing internal communications strategies and plans for complex, geographically dispersed audiences, coupled with strong networking and influencing skills, will be crucial. Your ability to translate complex content, and experience in measurement is also key. This role demands a solution-focused approach, with strong business acumen, and the ability to balance the bigger picture with detailed tactical delivery. You will be contracted to our London Hub, Haig House. Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, with a minimum of two days per week at the hub.

Package: Permanent. Full Time 35 hours per week. 28 days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays, Employee Assistance Helpline, Life Assurance. Voluntary Benefits: Group Pension Plan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Charity Worker Discounts.
