Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy by owning and delivering the Marketing & Communications plan
• Promote company growth by building internal & external brands and executing marketing innovation
• Manage multiple key communication points throughout the business to capture important content for all colleagues, including Grapevine, noticeboards, communication screens and newsletters
• Function as the business contact point for all communication-based activity including local press, community enquiries and internal communications such as Grapevine
• Manage the website and all our social media platforms, including but limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Instagram
• Other duties as deemed reasonable

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and Communications skills
• Highly innovative and creative with a passion for excellence
• Ability to learn new things and develop quickly
• Focus on attention to detail and right first time
• Confidence in public speaking and presenting
