We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and CRM Executive to join assist in promoting products, raise brand awareness, and help support the Salesforce CRM system.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will have a creative flair and ideas with a desire to embrace and use Salesforce to enhance the customer journey and support users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with both the agency and on your own initiative to proactively drive lead generation
- Ensure consistent brand identity & messaging both internally and externally.
- Visit and hold regular face to face meetings with the marketing agency to drive company marketing plans.
- Identify PR and social media opportunities
- Visit customer locations for written and video content creation with agency.
- Identify and nurture partnership and sponsorship
- Propose lead generation ideas
- Optimise customer journey to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Review website metrics with agency for optimisation ideas, monitor website traffic & quality to ensure optimum web performance.
- Support copywriting for marketing assets.
- Provide reports to track all marketing KPIs for performance optimisation, improvements, and future activity planning.
- With marketing agency, to identify, develop and execute marketing automation campaigns.
- Create reports to extract data for campaigns.
- Track and measure the KPIs of CRM marketing campaigns and recommend changes to enhance campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Help provide end-user support and best practices to improve and user knowledge of CRM.
- Help maintain data integrity within CRM.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years’ Marketing and CRM (ideally Salesforce including Pardot/Account Engagement) experience.
- Proven track record in demand generation marketing, PR, social, website optimisation, PPC and brand enhancement.
- Excellent knowledge in using MS Office and design software e.g. Canva.
- Good Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, filters) for data manipulation for marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication, presentation, and written skills.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and inquisitive mindset resolving problems using their own initiative.
- Commercially aware and confident in KPI management.
- Customer focussed and passionate about the customer journey.
- Creative with a passion for seeking out the next brilliant marketing campaign idea.
- Experience of managing suppliers effectively.
- Current full UK driving license for regular UK wide dealer and customer visits.
