ArtemisHuman Capital are delighted to be assisting our client for the recruitment of aMarketing & Event Administrator, this role will offer a lot of variety and offeryou the opportunity to work across the team supporting SeniorManagement in delivering a wide number and variety of projects.
Our client has a strong focus on lobbying for positive changeon behalf of hundreds of Belfast businesses.
Role
•Support Senior Management as required withadministrative tasks, including drafting/updating event documents, budgeting,travel coordination, meeting coordination, and general office support.
•Maintain and update the supplier and clientdatabases and process membership details via CRM system.
•Manage the internal CRM system, ensuring alldata is managed effectively, collating financial reports, and working closelyalongside internal team to ensure efficient flow of day-to-day business.
•Research current event trends, new ideas,entertainment, and venues.
•Contribute to the creation of excitingcreative event concepts and gain on-site experience at various events.
•Liaise with external suppliers and partners toensure the seamless delivery of events.
•Maintain positive relationships with membersand suppliers by monitoring and responding to feedback and queries in a timelymanner.
•Be present on-site to ensure the effectiveexecution of events. This involves hands-on involvement in various aspects suchas setup, coordination, and troubleshooting to guarantee a seamless andsuccessful event.
Experience needed to be successful:
•3rd Level Qualification, preferably inMarketing or Event Management
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Knowledge of key components in projectmanagement and event planning.
•Attention to detail and accuracy in systemsuse, data management and documentation.
•Excellent oral and written communicationskills
