Digital Marketing And Event Assistant

Working together as part of a small and growing business among like minded professionals, The successful applicant will be given an excellent opportunity to develop their career and themselves within an ever-growing industry which demonstrates exponential growth throughout N.Ireland. The successful applicant will be tasked with enhancing the company’s Digital marketing profile working closely with the Marketing manager. The successful applicant will also be involved in the day to day running of the company which will include, sales tasks, admin tasks and supporting the existing team as the need arises. The successful applicant will also get the opportunity to get first hand experience in the planning and execution of exhibition events and conferences, including logistics, on site building, lesioning with onsite customers and partners, learning systematic methods on event erecting and breakdown plans. .

Formal qualification in Business, Marketing, Creative Media or similar subject area.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of social media platforms.

Knowledge of Content Management Systems like: Wordpress, Hubspot, Wix, Drupal or an alternative.

Proactive and able to manage workload with guidance from the Managers, making sure tasks are clearly understood and taking personal responsibility.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong organisational and administration skills.

Methodical with an attention to detail.

Able to effectively engage with clients and constantly aim to optimise their experience.

Strong team player and ability to work independently.
