Plan and execute digital marketing activities
· Manage and maintain our social media platforms
· Receive clients front of house, office administration duties, calendar management
· To assist the Centre Directors with parent facing activities in person, by phone and email

· Reporting directly to the two Centre Directors
Responsibilities and Duties
· Office administration to include managing lesson calendar
· Maintaining student lesson packs
· Maintaining client files and overseeing enrolment and onboarding processes for new clients
· Answering phone calls and emails
· Parent facing activities and manning reception
· Create and publish engaging content on our social media pages and website
· Write and deploy effective email and Facebook marketing campaigns
· Monitor, analyse and report results of marketing campaigns
· Maintain smooth running of the centre during opening hours

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
