Marketing Assistant

This role will give you the exciting opportunity to work as part of an expanding growth-minded marketing team responsible for multiple eCommerce and B2B service websites. Our brands focus on providing high-technology high-benefit products and services to the life science and industrial sectors. We are a global company, with offices located in the UK, US and Hong Kong. We are seeking a highly motivated marketing junior that is ready to learn and eager to contribute to the success of our business. Working with the rest of our team, you will be responsible for the creation of digital and traditional marketing content, website content management, and campaign creation and optimisation on a variety of channels. You will be based in the stunning New Forest on the south coast of the UK, within commutable distance of three major cities, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.

Primary Responsibilities

· Develop and implement content for digital and traditional marketing campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines.

· Manage and update website content using WordPress.

· Website product listing management.

· Design, create, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot.

· Develop and manage marketing campaigns across search engines (PPC) and social media platforms.

· Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve.

Skills and Qualities

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.

· An eye for on-brand design.

· Proficient in using social media platforms, with a knack for engaging audiences effectively.

· Ability to grasp complex technical product information and translate it into compelling marketing content.

· An understanding of SEO and PPC would be an advantage.

· Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems efficiently.

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
