We are looking for a bright, creative and articulate Marketing Assistant to join our women’s footwear brand, based in Watford. You will have the opportunity to develop your own marketing strategies, which will contribute to the company’s overall growth. You will learn about all the key aspects of an independent business, including sales, marketing and business strategy. If you have a keen interest in marketing and fashion with excellent writing skills, we would love to hear from you!

YOUR EXPERIENCE
· Marketing experience in a fashion, retail or e-commerce environment
· Experience in writing marketing materials, website copy and press releases
· Experience supporting marketing campaigns across a range of channels including website, email, social media and more
· Good understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
· Good understanding of Paid Advertising channels (Google & Facebook)
· Excellent creative writing skills with accurate spelling and grammar
· Strong analytical skills
· Microsoft Excel proficiency
· Proactive ‘can do’ attitude and approach to work
· Hands-on and willing to get involved with different areas of the business
· Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
· A love for the fashion industry
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
· Creating written content for website, email campaigns and social media channels
· Analysing sales and marketing data
· Analysing SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads activity
· Developing existing relationships with the press and making new contacts
· Sending samples to the press, stylists and celebrities and following up
· Regularly updating all social media and online content
Full time position based in our office in Imperial Way, Watford. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.
Competitive salary, differs according to experience and skills.
