You will work as a part of a Global digital marketing team with specialists serving local marketing departments in UK, Ireland, Romania, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Sweden. Currently the team has members located in Norway, UK, Denmark and Romania spanning specialists within marketing technology, web, social media, content marketing, traffic acquisition and analytics.
Together with a Global team for brand and communication and local teams, marketing in Azets consist of 50+ employees with different specialities that works together to create an exciting team with solid opportunities to learn and grow.
Day to day duties
- Develop and implement the Marketing Automation strategy in all Azets organisations
Be the owner of Marketing Automation platforms and work with agency partners
- Administer a roadmap for integrations and development of the Marketing Automation platforms
- Make sure that Marketing Automation efforts are visible in reporting
- Share best practice and new trends within Marketing Automation in Azets
- Support the local marketing teams in all countries and organisations
- Contribute to projects that uses Marketing Automation as a part of their delivery
- Lead the virtual Marketing Automation team in Azets that includes local experts and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years’ experience with implementing Marketing Automation campaigns and flows
- Experience with creating digital marketing campaigns using automation and personalised mail communication
- Experience as project manager on marketing projects
- Excellent skills in creating and optimizing marketing activities based on data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Eloqua and Hubspot, desirable but not essential
- Experience with using CRM, desirable but not essential
- Technical understanding of other systems in the marketing technology stack and integrations, desirable but not essential
