Senior CRM Automation Manager - Financial Services

Robert Half are working with a fast growing Financial Services Firm who are providing risk driven trading and investment solutions. They are looking The Senior CRM Automation Manager will work as part of a CRM Central Services group within the Marketing Technology Team and is responsible for building customer activation, engagement and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing.

Using omni-channel engagement program Braze you will develop and manage multi-channel, segmented customer lifecycle campaigns, building contact strategies for multiple customer segments. You will work closely with the VP Mar Tech to design these automated campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle

Senior CRM Automation Manager - Financial Services - Hybrid (London)

Responsibilities

• CRM champion for Braze, showcasing new features and identifying opportunities to maximise usage of Braze features. Such as Content Cards, In-app messaging, Push notifications, SMS etc
• Improving team productivity through automations of tasks and enablement of our CRM team
• Working with the IT team to improve the data being fed
• Lead all technical solutions for Braze SDK integrationsIdentifying missing components in our MarTech stack that would unlock opportunities or improve process efficiencies.
• Automation of reporting, weekly and monthly reporting of campaign performance to the Leadership Team.
• Create, amend and bug fix HTML templates
• Build complex personalised automations using API data, liquid logic and Moveable Ink to create dynamic templates.

Experience

• Braze or large and complex, CRM system experience
• At least 5 years' experience in a technical CRM role
• experience identifying opportunities to improve efficiency though process automation
• excellent working knowledge of client-side scripting (HTML) experience in Liquid would be ideal.
• understanding of algorithms, data structures and how they can best used to power CRM campaigns.
• Knowledge of the MarTech landscape
• Technical skills to build email campaigns including understanding segments, triggers and logic building
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities simultaneously, in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the financial trading sector (FX and CFD) or Gaming is a plus
