A modern and innovative Specialist Law Firm is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Business Development Executive to join their well-respected team.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and Business Development, this will be a hands-on role with a broad scope and a lot of responsibility for delivering an ambitious programme of growth for the firm. The Marketing & Business Development Executive will conduct research and analysis on clients and organisations, help to collate and produce documents for pitches and proposals and check and format materials for pitches and client presentations. On the marketing side, the successful applicant will help co-ordinate legal directory submissions, take responsibility for the delivery of email and social media campaigns and must ensure the firm’s website is updated and content is regularly posted. You will also be tasked with the delivery of a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, flyers, mailshots and adverts, ensuring the correct use of brand identity throughout. In addition, the planning, coordination and execution of events, such as seminars, roundtables and exhibitions, will represent a key area of focus including collating feedback and assisting with follow-up.
The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of business development and marketing practices and processes gained whilst working in a professional services firm, to include experience using design programmes such as Adobe InDesign. You will have excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and strong organisation and analytical skills. Proactive, with a solutions based and can-do approach to delivering the needs of internal and external clients, the Marketing & Business Development Executive will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and actively promote the use of the firm’s CRM system and other internet-based knowledge sources.
