A great opportunity has arisen for a skilled marketer to join an independent charity.
The role will involve managing a small team and being the lead on all brand and marketing activities.
Role and responsibilities:
- To develop a strategic communication and engagement plan
- Be the lead on all brand and marketing activities, including leading the marketing and communications team to ensure the creation of promotional assets, including images and motion content.
- To oversee engagement campaigns, events and projects as required.
- Responsibility for content on the digital platforms and communications, such as social media and email campaigns.
- Lead on the planning and delivery of the strategic brand events
- Interpret analytics and improve the performance of digital engagement tools.
- Liaise with internal staff external companies on issues relating to marketing and communication.
- To act as a member of the management team
- Effectively lead, inspire, develop, and manage the work of the departmental staff team to enable them to achieve their objectives
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience in marketing communications and brand marketing
- Excellent content writing skills
- Experience using google analytics
- Campaign management experience
- A background in email marketing and social media management
- Previous event management experience
- Either managerial experience or a desire to manage a team
- Experience working with stakeholders
