Our client, CV-Library, is currently seeking an accomplished and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and spearhead the enhancement of their B2B function across the UK and US markets.

CV-Library is looking for an individual with a proven track record in B2B demand generation, CRM marketing, and ABM strategy to challenge the status quo and elevate marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute targeted ABM campaigns across owned and paid channels, supporting direct sales strategies with high-performance campaigns and sales sequencing.
* Shape marketing activities by incorporating customer insights, defining customer-led value propositions, and reinforcing the tangible benefits of CV-Library's products.
* Leverage in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms to implement effective and integrated CRM strategies, leading the development and optimization of the B2B CRM lifecycle strategy.
* Design and optimize automated workflows within the CRM to streamline campaigns, ensuring timely and impactful communication with prospects and customers, creating opportunities for the sales team.
* Contribute to the sales pipeline and revenue generation targets by defining, tracking, and reporting on marketing's contribution to key performance indicators and campaign results.
* Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify target accounts and build segmented audiences aligned with broader business goals.
* Manage and lead the existing team, define future team structure and hiring requirements, with a focus on building capabilities in the US market.
* Develop marketing assets around value propositions, ensuring engaging narratives and sales enablement materials.
* Design and execute integrated campaigns to generate new demand, progress cross-and up-sell opportunities, and increase awareness within target markets.
* Collaborate with various business functions on targets, campaigns, lead scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting.
* Continuously analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey, utilizing A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and ABM, with international experience, including the U.S.
* Demonstrable and in-depth experience with B2B CRM platforms and leading integrated MarTech.
* Strong analytical skills, data-focused, and experienced in making data-driven decisions.
* Proficient in marketing automation tools and sales sequencing technology.
* Experience in hiring and managing a B2B marketing team.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
* Results-oriented with a proven impact on key results (leads and revenue) in previous roles.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
* Right to Work in the UK is a requirement.
