Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 37.5hours
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus

The Role
Provide support to the Marketing team across different areas of the marketing mix, coordinate and deliver all agreed marketing plans and communicate this to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

· Owner of the detailed annual marketing calendar, ensuring that all agreed activity is delivered to the plan

· Primary contact and liaison with preferred supplier partners to deliver the annual SSPP marketing calendar including digital, print, operational and product based initiatives

· Collating and maintaining information for the Supplier Marketing Programme (SSPP); ensure these activities are delivered on time.

· Responsibility for ensuring the monthly comms pack is created and communicated via Sharepoint to all stakeholders;

· Creation and submission of design briefs to Digital Hive team for all email campaigns ensuring timely implementation to right target audiences.

· Creation and submission of design and implementation briefs to Digital Hive team for online marketing for the greenham.com site e.g Landing page creation, supporting the supplier marketing
campaigns, Home page banner updates and ad-hoc product updates.

· Lead on the day-to-day management of our communication channels – Twitter, LinkedIn, Pulse and Sharepoint and customer frameworks- creating inspirational, informative and engaging content.

· Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of channels and activities using tools like Google Analytics, Redeye, LinkedIn and Twitter analytics feeding back to stakeholders and using the data to inform future activities.

Your skills

You will have previous marketing experience within a corporate/retail environment.
Excellent proof-reading skills
