Our client hasan exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team in London, Tower Hill. You will join them on a fulltime,permanentbasis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum per annum + excellent benefits (travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance).

TheMarketing Co-ordinator role overview:
Reporting to the UK Head of Marketing, the Marketing Co-ordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless coordination and delivery of marketing activities aimed at raising brand awareness, generating demand, increasing engagement and driving business growth.
Key tasks of their Marketing Co-ordinator:
- To collaborate with colleagues in the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities in accordance with the annual marketing plan and the company’s strategic imperatives.
- To create and update the marketing calendar and ensuring that campaign content is created in accordance with agreed campaign timelines.
- To create, proofread and edit sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, videos and sales presentations/pitch documents
- To assist in planning and co-ordinating their participation in industry events such as trade shows and conferences and assist in organising community and customer events.
- To assist with the co-ordination of public relations activities
- To collaborate and co-ordinate activities with internal stakeholders in relation to participation in activities such as podcasts and media interviews and other PR activities
- To regularly update and maintain the company’s intranet and support the successful delivery of their internal communications programmes including newsletters, internal events, such as Lunch & Learns to help educate, increase awareness and engagement of colleagues across the organisation.
- To investigate, identify and report on market trends, customer behaviour and competitor analysis and support marketing and product team colleagues in undertaking bespoke research to inform marketing activities and product and pricing strategies.
- To support colleagues in analysing and reporting on the performance of all marketing activities
- Various administrative duties such as maintenance of marketing records, purchase order preparation and invoice reconciliation, ordering merchandise, organising meetings
Essential requirements they’re looking for in their Marketing Co-ordinator:
- Excellent knowledge of content, digital and social media marketing
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience of working in a dynamic, team environment
- Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation platforms
