Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns, assisting with the implementation of marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to promote our products/services.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and assets for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to track campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing databases, email lists, and contact lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media management tools).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles and concepts.
This is NOT a remote position and you’ll be required to join us at our London office. Sponsorship will be provided, if required.
