We are looking for a creative and self-motivated individual keen to develop their career in a fast paced, busy Marketing Team. You will hold a key role in the marketing team promoting SUEZ Digital and Air & Climate Solutions in the UK, raising the profile of the company and its products.
This is a Hybrid role mainly working from home, 37.5 hours per week, with one day per week in the offices at Aztec West, Bristol. The salary for this role is from £28,000-£31,000 plus company funded 1% benefit allowance, 2 wellbeing days, pension, enhanced parental leave, 28 days holiday, bank holidays.
What will I be doing?
- Assisting the marketing team promoting SUEZ Digital and Air & Climate Solutions in the UK, raising the profile of the company and its products
- Managing the businesses’ marketing campaigns, paid and unpaid, on social media and other digital marketing platforms in liaison with global colleagues
- Working with marketing and sales colleagues to develop original copy for social media platforms
- Collaborating across the marketing and sales teams to improve the digital marketing results
- Tracking key performance metrics such as audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
- Preparing and presenting reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Updating company websites as required
- Creating marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, case studies and social media posts, banners – static and animated
- Closely adhering to brand guidelines regarding visual identity and tone of voice
- Helping to organise events and virtual events for clients and prospects
- Managing the promotional merchandise
- Helping to develop and maintain the marketing lists e.g. customer targets, press, events and memberships
What are the requirements?
- Excellent knowledge of graphic design, social media and video editing packages such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva and PlayPlay.
- Good working knowledge LinkedIn advertising
- Knowledge of Google Ads an advantage
- CRM database experience would be an advantage
- Agile and able to adapt to change.
- Ability to work well in a team and with a wide range of people
- Good photography and videoing skills an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Solid project management skills, as there are multiple projects running at the same time
- Ability to work in coordination with remote locations
- Works autonomously and communicate efficiently
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
