Marketing Coordinator

My client, a leading training provider to mental health professionals, currently has a very small team but due to new market opportunities is aiming to scale up quickly. We are therefore recruiting a tech-savvy and diligent Marketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering the marketing strategy by coordinating, planning and executing marketing campaigns, as well as providing tech support and customer service assistance to our membership community, alongside the Operations Manager.

We’re looking for someone with skills in copywriting, proofing, graphic design, video editing, WordPress, project management and customer service. You don’t need a tonne of prior experience in marketing - just the ability to learn. We provide a LOT of training and coaching to our people and are supported in an Accelerator Programme by a world renowned marketing company. This is therefore a great opportunity for someone who either wants to enter the world of marketing or progress rapidly within it.

The ability to organise, plan and structure your workload in an autonomous fashion will be absolutely key to your success in this role. You’ll also need to be comfortable having a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility.

• Being a self-starter, and able to work largely alone in a small but growing team.

Having your own transport for occasional travel, and a full driving licence are required.

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week
