About the Role: The Marketing Director for the European region will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: • Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the European market, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives and business goals. • Enhance brand positioning and visibility by developing impactful marketing campaigns, content, and messaging tailored to European customers. • Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, providing insights to shape marketing strategies. • Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and meet marketing objectives. • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with business objectives and support lead generation and sales activities. • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media partners to boost the company's brand reputation and visibility. Qualifications and Expertise: • Fluency in English. • Over 8 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within the renewable energy sector. • Proven track record in creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. • Extensive knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations. • Strong background in market research and data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and influencing key stakeholders.
