Our client is a growing asset management firm looking to hire a Marketing Director to join their team in London. This is an amazing opportunity to work with a reputable and dynamic firm within financial services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience rolling out effective marketing and sales plans. This will be a wide and varied role where marketing, PR, content creation, and E-commerce will be key factors to your success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- As the Marketing Director, you will be working within the Luxury Asset Management Division.
- Work alongside the PR agency to implement a successful PR strategy, events, and initiatives
- Instruct the PR team on what, how, and when they need to deliver key tasks
- Use existing connections to further develop relationships with important publications to ensure coverage of events, thought leadership activities, and the firm's overall
- Create an advertising plan, including PPC campaigns, display, and social media ads
- Work alongside the advertising agency to implement all initiatives and keep up to date on industry trends and changes
- create and develop lead generation initiatives, working closely with the Sales Team to identify areas for improvement
- Increase visibility and engagement on social media channels
- Manage and guide the Organic Marketing Team, ensuring success on UGC campaigns and to improve organic search visibility
- Oversee the creation of a content plan and timeline
- Ensure that all projects align with brand values and target audience
- Manage the creation and roll-out of email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with other teams to ensure that the marketing arm is working towards core business goals
- Ensure that all projects are completed within the allotted marketing budget and create a tangible ROI
WHO YOU ARE
This role requires a creative, organised and innovative individual who is capable of managing and leading large teams. You must have demonstrable experience creating substantial ROI generated by marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be team-driven and able to work and lead under pressure.
- At least 10 years of experience in a Marketing Director role is a requirement
- Experience in luxury goods/asset management is essential
- Experience working on B2C marketing campaigns
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot and WordPress
- A degree in digital marketing or similar
- Impeccable communication skills with an acute attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritise while working towards short and long-term goals
