SalaryThe role will involve:
- Formulating a cohesive global and local marketing strategies that drive sales growth to assist company in profitably achieving it's sales and margin objectives.
- Uses customer segmentation, market data, and competitor intelligence to effectively position and promote the company, its products and services with internal and external stakeholders, using a comprehensive mix of digital and offline channels (i.e. email, direct mail, video, PR, advertising, events, social media, telemarketing, etc.)
- Support Customer-Back Innovation/product development through voice of customer discovery, and market research/analysis activities which influence the development of new products and services. Ensuring that product value proposition messages are effectively and consistently communicated globally.
- Champion the company brands and take responsibility for companies online presence, ensuring consistency of brand look/feel and uses digital platforms to drive sales leads.
To be successful in this role of Marketing Directorwe would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:
- Significant experience working in a marketing and/or product management capacity, developing and implementing long term marketing strategies.
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team as well as managing budgets.
- Experience working within a B2B environment and being able to clearly articulate and communicate the product value proposition.
- High level of commercial awareness and sales process.
